Ark Invest is a tech-focused American asset management firm based in the United States that manages approximately $12.43 billion in assets from its clients.
According to ARK Invest, Bitcoin and Ethereum have the potential for significant price appreciation. In a new research report, ARK Invest predicts that the value of bitcoin could reach $1.36 million by the end of 2030.
ARK argued that bitcoin represents only a fraction of the total value of global assets.
The report estimates the market cap of Ethereum to exceed $20 trillion in this time frame.

ARK Invest Predictions on Ethereum
ARK Invest’s new report predicts that the market cap of Ether will reach $20 trillion and the price of bitcoin will exceed $1 million by 2030 looking at the usecases of BTC and the value of 1 Ether will run up to around USD 180000 will go.
The prediction in ARK Invest’s report “Big Ideas 2022” is based on how fast the Ethereum network has grown in utility and efficiency. Most of the growth over the past two years has come from decentralized finance (DeFi).
Here’s what ARK said about Defi
“Decentralized Finance Defi promises greater interoperability, transparency and financial services while reducing intermediary fees and counterparty risk.”

According to ARK, smart contracts and DApps on Ethereum are “marginalizing traditional financial functions.” Banking and lending, exchanges, brokerages, asset management, insurance and derivatives can all be found on Ethereum-based smart contracts, the report said.
ARK Invest Predictions about Bitcoin
With respect to bitcoin,Report estimates $1.36 million per BTC with a market cap of $28.5 trillion by 2030, Arch researchers assigned projected future value to eight use cases of bitcoin and used the sum of them all to reach their conclusions about the price of BTC.
By 2030, the firm expects the participation of Bitcoin to be:
- Global Remittance 50% of Global Remittance on Bitcoin 1.5x Velocity,
- 10% of emerging market currency,
- 25% of the United States Bank settlement volume,
- 1% of nation-state treasuries worldwide,
- 5% of global high-net-worth individual wealth,
- Institutional Assets 2.55% of Institutional Asset Base,
- 5% cash from S&P 500 companies, and
- 50% of the total market cap of gold.
